If you have been a faithful reader of this blog (all two of you!, you would have seen the various at-at-glance summaries we've done for the countries we've visited. We feel that this blog wouldn't be complete without a final summary. So here it goes!

Of course this doesn't count the times we spent walking, biking, or horseback riding to get around!
Nights camped = 18
Nights camped in snow = 1
Places stayed = 74
Airports slept in = 2
Total blog posts (so far) = 115
As for our budget, we ended up going over the daily budget we had originally set but we didn't spend as much money on insurance as we had planned on so we came in right at what we thought we would for the trip as a whole - not bad! We did a good job balancing the fun factor and the budget factor and we don't have any major regrets on what we did or didn't spend money on in retrospect. Well, maybe we would have skipped out on getting conned in Vietnam but we did get money back from the insurance company for our camera.
Looking at our final itinerary, it is amazing how many places we got to cover in 9 months. We felt like truly went around the world and it's a once in a lifetime opportunity!

I'd be interested in hearing. The TOS seems rather clear that it is not unless expressly approved by Amazon. I guess if the library got it in writing then they would be ok.
